1967 Chevy C-10 Pickup: Custom Cab, Long Bed, AT, and factory A/C.
No PS or PB.
This truck is pretty much a "what you see is what you get" vehicle.
I was told the engine is a 283; I have not verified this.
The powerglide seems to have been replaced by a TH350.
There is a seat cover over original upholstery.
The cab has the large rear window.
Vehicle Condition:
Truck is very solid and original; it runs, drives, and stops but would need some work to be a
daily driver.
I think it is a great candidate for restoration.
The body has very little rust, the worst is on the panels under the
doors.
The floorboards, cab corners, and bed look good.
The grill has a crinkle in it: as does the front edge of the passenger side fender.
Also, the passenger side of the bed behind the tire has a dent in it.
The engine smokes a little and has a slight knock; it does run on all 8 cylinders.
The A/C does not work: if you run a jumper from the battery to the compressor it will
kick on but does not blow cold.
One of the wheels is similar too but not exactly the same as the others.
The horn button is missing and the horn does not work.
The battery is weak but has been starting the truck when the engine is not hot.
The wipers are not attached, and the radio does not work.
There are probably other items which we have not discovered that will need attention.
It is titled and registered in Texas but has not been inspected.
